Welcome back to our Well Foundation, Reverse Employability Campaign! 

Today, we are absolutely buzzing to introduce you to Harry. He is a fantastic member of our Rochdale Neurodiverse Youth Hub, and he is 100% ready to bring his energy and talents to a local team.

Over the past few months, Harry has been working super hard with the Well Foundation crew to learn new skills, grow his confidence, and get ready for his next big chapter.

Here is a quick snapshot of what he’ll bring to your workplace:

Top-notch attention to detail – completely reliable and always on time.

A fast learner – loves picking up new tasks and hits the ground running.

🎯 What Harry is looking for:

The Role: Paid retail work (full-time or part-time). He’d thrive in a local shop or a smaller supermarket setting!

Hours: Super flexible.

Location: Harry lives in Rochdale and is a pro at using public transport. He is more than happy to travel out to Bury, Manchester, or Oldham for the right job!

"When Harry first walked through our doors, he was really low on confidence and didn't believe finding a job was possible for him. Since then, he has absolutely smashed it! He completed several volunteer work placements, the King's Trust 12-week programme and is currently working hard towards his Bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. On top of that, he’s jumped headfirst into workshops for sign language, first aid, self-defence, and tons of social activities. Harry is incredibly hard-working, punctual, and just so eager to learn."
