Well Talent: Flipping Hiring on its Head

At Well Foundation, we are changing how hiring operates. With Well Talent, we are running our new Reverse Employability Campaign.

We know that it is difficult in the current job market for young people to find employment. That is why we will be advertising our young people to local employers. We believe that every young person deserves a chance to show that they are capable of incredible things, and that they can do incredible work for your business.

From this initiative, we will be displaying a new young person every week to help advertise their amazing skills and talents that we have helped them find confidence in.
