Our legitimate interests are:In order to provide our charity services to young people we have to collect specific data to meet criteria laid out by the funding body. We must collect personal information such as address to demonstrate that funds are being spent on residents of specific areas in Rochdale.We collect information regarding health, disability, neurodiversity and, other mental and emotional needs of service users in order for us to provide the most appropriate level of support to each young person.We collect personal data to monitor the progress and development of our service users and evaluate the impact of our services.

 

It is necessary for us to collect data like employability, support needs, health information at the start and end points of a service user's journey with us. This allows us, the service user and funders to see the impact our services has had and the progress that has been made.
